What's the difference between Sprint Pass and Direct Monthly?+

Sprint Pass is a one-time $249 charge for 90 days of full access, and it's the only plan that includes the Job Search Playbook PDF — ideal if you're driving toward an offer in the next quarter. Direct Monthly is $99/month, recurring, and the right pick if your search will likely extend past 90 days or you want maximum flexibility.

What's included in the paid plans?+

How do alumni codes work?+

Cohort alumni receive a one-time code from us. Enter the code below your Alumni Monthly selection — checkout unlocks the $67/month tier. One code per person.

Can I cancel?+

Yes. Subscriptions cancel at the end of the current billing period from your account dashboard or via the Stripe billing portal. Sprint Pass is a one-time charge — no recurring billing.

Might prices change over time?+

Members who maintain continuous active subscriptions retain their current rate for as long as they remain active. If your subscription lapses or your Sprint Pass expires and you return later, you'll re-join at the rate then in effect. If we raise prices in the future, we'll give members 30 days advance notice before any change affects renewals.

Are payments secure?+

All payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Refund requests are handled by emailing us within 7 days of purchase.

Will I lose my work if I cancel?+

No. Your Story Bank, artifacts, and chat history remain in your account. You'll lose access to paid stations, but Translation Lab and STAR Stories stay free.

Why not just use ChatGPT or another AI to figure this out on my own?+

You can. Generic AI is good at words — it'll draft you a resume bullet, suggest interview questions, write a cover letter that sounds professional. What it won't tell you is:

That "designed instruction" reads junior in LXD circles, but "designed measurable learning outcomes" reads senior
That the moment you say "I would say that..." in an interview, you've told the panel you don't believe yourself

Those aren't prompts you can think to ask.
